SuperStarTickets Omar Sider I had purchased tickets to my sons rock bands concert. They cancelled. they will not give me a refund, and also the mark up on the tickets was i bought 3 for 203.43.. they were only 10.00 each.. only, Internet

I was ordering tickets to my sons show at the Mascaraed in Atlanta Ga. Feb 22 2012 was the show date. They cancelled due to change on their tour, This SuperStar Tickets would and still will not give me a refund... they are rude (if you can get anyone ). and their markup is unheard of ... 10.00 each for tickets that costed me 203.43, for 3.. I want these people STOPPED!!!!!!

The show in question at the Masquerade in Atlanta GA was not cancelled. It was a multiple entertainer event, with different bands and supporting acts. In such cases the event makes it known that some names are subject to change on short notice. The venue never contacted us to say the event had been cancelled, because it went ahead. When the client called we explained the situation, and that it is not our policy to refund if the event occurred. The client did not register her complaint until a month after the event's original date, and did not send an email to our customer support until after posting a complaint on Ripoff Report. Furthermore, the price she claims the tickets were valued at has been exaggerated. In our terms and conditions we state that tickets may be priced above or below face value, as we are only a ticket broker and not the ticket vendor. Ticket prices are subject to fluctuation beyond their face value due to the market.
