After 3 months, nothing done and won't return deposit. Naples Florida
WARNING!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I found out the hard (and expensive) way. This Company is taking deposits and not doing the work. Do your research. I only searched SuperView Screen Enclosures, Inc. and I got taken along with my next door neighbor here in Naples. They took a deposit in November 2017 to build my new screen enclosure which was destroyed by Hurricane Irma. Over 3 months later and nothing has been done. Nothing but excuse after excuse as to why they were behind. I requested a refund which they said they would return to me. This never happened and they will no longer answer my calls.
They are just operating under a new name. Andre Chestnut and Suzy Fisher started this company in 2017. Google their names and read the numerous complaints with the BBB and on the Ripoff Report about them and the other businesses they operated. They operated under a number of other companies with a track record of taking money and not doing the work. Companies such as USA Screens, Chestnut Screen Depot, New Image Screens, New Image Aluminum. They list their address in Coral Springs, FL. This is not their actual location. It is a PakMail Shipping location with mailboxes that they use to appear to be local. I had the Coral Springs Police Department inform me of this when they went looking for them. The address for the License Holder is an Apartment in Weston Fl. The Broward County Sheriff’s Office visited the apartment and the lady living there claimed to have never heard of them. I am currently having them investigated by the Economic Crime Unit of The Broward County Sheriff. Also contacted the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and they are VERY familiar with these individuals and all the Companies they are associated with. They had also received numerous complaints. I have also filed a complaint with them. You can contact the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation at 850-487-1395 to verify this.
SuperView Screen Enclosures, Inc now seems to be targeting SW Florida after the Hurricane. STAY AWAY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH……..

Refund received thanks to help from Collier County Complience Officer

I did finally receive my refund on 3-26-2018. This was with the help of an Officer from the Collier County Growth Management Department. The check was delivered directly to the Officer and he got the refund check to me.

Clearly Mr. Rondeau thinks that by posting lies and negative remarks on the internet he will not be held accountable. He is wrong! Super View Screen Enclosures has filed a lawsuit against him.
He paid a partial deposit, but never paid the remainder per his signed contract. His small deposit has been refunded to him.
Super View notified Mr. Rondeau that we would terminate his contract and issue a refund. He was asked not to contact the office after his repeated verbal abusiveness to the staff. Super View does not tolerate this sort of behavior or threats of any nature. We will aggressively defend our company through legal means, as we have proceeded to do with Mr. Rondeau, who is presently being sued for slander, lies and defamation.
Following a hurricane, delays of all types are inevitable. Mr. Rondeau was informed of this from the beginning.
Our manufacturing facility in Sunrise, Florida is open to the public at any time. As most companies, we maintain a mailing address for correspondence.
Super View is a licensed and insured certified general contractor in good standing in Florida with all state and county municipalities.
We apologize to all of our good customers who have been subjected to unnecessary anxiety due to internet remarks and false accusations. Super View will continue to build the world’s only welded screen enclosure, with no screws, and commercial construction techniques.
