When my friend arrived at LAX from Spain about midnight. A women told him where he could find a Supper Shuttle vehicle. He got into the vehicle and was driven to a private residence near USC. Before he
could grab his purse containing $1,000 and 300 euros, credit cards, mobile phone, passports, airline tickets, etc., the  driver drove off.

He was an Asian man with a potted face between 45 and 50 years old. One thing suspicious was though it was painted in Supper Shuttle colors, it was an old van. I've traveled with Supper Shuttle in SF for many years and every van was new or nearly new. I don't know if Supper Shuttle in Los Angeles also uses
fairly new vans.

I tried to help him by calling Supper Shuttle. I left my name and number, and the so far have not called me back.

Regardless of whether the van driver chart who robbed my friend worked for Supper Shuttle or not, Supper Shuttle failed to fulfill its responsibility to investigate this matter: it has been totally unresponsive regarding this problem.
