This company is very dishonest and dishonorable. Their customer service is non-existent.

I ordered some supplements and a docu-series from them on July 11th. The supplements I received were not the supplements offered and the access code to the docu-series did not work. I emailed them at their support email address, (support@supplementsrevealed.com) on July 21st. I explained this and asked for a return label to return the wrong supplements and receive the correct ones. There was no response!

I emailed them again on July 26th, adding that the access code to the docu-series was not working either. Again no response.

I then, on August 1st, threatened to notify my credit card company and have the charges reversed. Again no response.

Finally on my 5th email, on August 22nd, I notified them that I would be notifying my credit card company and others about this matter. Again no response.

I turned it over to my credit card company to reverse the charges. Supplements Revealed, however DID respond to my credit card company with their refund policy of 60 days and demanded to have the charges reinstated.

They still have NOT responded to me in any way other than sending me ads, as if I would ever buy anything from them again. I would advise no one to do business with this company.
