I spoke with a Jessie Peters over the phone who called mentioning that one of our partners had recommended that she call me and that I would probably be interested in ordering "highly discounted" office supplies. She proceeded to offer me 1" 3M Post It Flags at .99 per 12 pack, Pilot Easy Touch pens at .69 per box of 12 pens, and other items similarly discounted. These were only available in "case lots" of 1 dozen units per lot. [I ordered 1 case of each ] She told me that a local company was moving to Mississippi and they were trying to get rid of their stock before their move which was to take place within the next few weeks before the end of the year.

I asked to be faxed or emailed an invoice right away, but she said that would not be available due to the "moving" situation, but that I would receive an invoice shortly. I received the invoice alright... a month later! The order was placed Nov 21 and the invoice did not arrive until the 27th of Dec with a notice that their "Terms:11% 10 , Net 30!!!" The prices came back as $3.99 per EACH Pack of Post It Flags [$574.56 total] and $1.49 for Each pen [$214.56 total] plus 146.85 for shipping!!! Ridiculous!!! I went to check their listed "Retail Prices" and even these are skewed far above ANY of the retail prices I could find. My office is just starting the recouperating process and we will certainly fight this until we are satisfied. Beware.... do NOT order from these people!! I certainly wish I had checked them out BEFORE I ordered!!

Do Not Pay!

#2Consumer Suggestion

After receiving these scam goods, we did not open the boxes. We tried several times to call and were always called back. Finally, after saying we would take this to our attorneys, they sent a letter stating they would take back their supplies - and they would pay for shipping them back!

Just threaten to turn this over to your attorneys and they will go scampering under the rock they came out from. They can't afford to disclose their company's practices!
