Complaint Review: Supply Hut

I ordred on ebay from them 4 itemes got 2 and was supposed to get a 3rd with one of the ones I got even the fedex shipping thig says 1pc not 2 as pic shows I wanted to cancel the 4th but they claiming its a 30 day thing something to do with the virus but fedex has the info why cant it be sent I sell on ebay.

I need the tape but rather get refunded for the tape and last item I filed a missing purchase thing with ebay it was closed cause the company said it was delivered which it wasnt not sure what all you do there I could and would like something done if possible I am incudining pics of what I can and all info i can hope it helps
