Support Kids Does not allow accesss to your payments, or your account, and are very unprofesssional and rude on the phone when you inquire about your case with them. Austin Texas
I enlisted the services of Supportkids to help collect unpaid child support for my daughter. Throughout the years I have tried to cancel my services or enrollment in this program but have been unsuccessful. There have been times that payments collected were not reported or sent out, times that they have withheld more than their 34%, and times that I've gone 7 to 11 months without receiving a single payment. They do everything in their power based on the rules they have in place to avoided letting you out of this contract. MY FEES FOR USING THEIR SERVICES HAVE LONG BEEN PAID. My confusion comes when your not able to speak with someone professional and get information on your account, or even have access to it on the website. There was even a time the accounts with the company were turned over to another agency and we as clients were uniformed and not even allowed to discontinue enrollment at that time. At this time I would just like to know if there's anyway to start a class action lawsuit to have them investigated, and closed down. Or perhaps any legal recourse that I can take to be released from the gripe of this fraudulent company.
