You know all these companies that say that they can collect for you, all they want is the money. If you try supportkids inc. They ask the non-custodial father to submit payment. It's not a matter of asking, it's a matter of obligation. If he keeps denying they just let it slide. Then they tell you that he is not cooperating and tell you the they can't do anything for you. Well after two years and no child supportI called the Kansas Payment Center and asked them what I could do if I knew the NCP"s Address and work info. She said that the only thing I had to do is go to the Court of Trustees or county treasurer and file a withholding order and they would do the rest. After doing that and after paying them $5.00 they file that withholding order and I get some money. Well everyone wants money but nobody care about our childrens money. Ain't that sorry.
