Complaint Review: Supra Telecom

This company kept billing us for an account that was terminated a year ago. We had made payments for a service we are not receiving and asked for our money back. They were notified several times that we don't use their service at all. We had spoken to one of their customer service personnel that was not very helpful to us and refuses to cancel our account. Were very displeased with this company and advise everyone not to use their service. Bobby Jacksonville Beach, Florida
