Supra Telecom they flat out ignore calls to cancel service and keep sending bills rip-offs Miami, Florida
It's been more than six months since I cancelled my service with this company due to long hold times and poor service. But instead of cancelling my service, they keep sending me more bills.
Three months ago I sent them a certified letter expressing my desire cancel and got a reply that "they are working to resolve my concern". Then, month after month, I keep getting more bills. I have not paid them, and they keep adding up for a service I don't use.
I'm hoping somewhere they will spot their error and erase the bills and let me get on with my life. My fear is they will one day just stick it on a credit report or something. In any case, if you're thinking of saving money by switching to Supra Telecom, I suggest you think twice.
