SupraTelecom no phone service,no repairs 5 days! Lies, delays, no supervision Coral Gables Florida
Phone line went dead on Thursday, called Supra for repairs. The problem we suspected was inside the Condo phone equipment room. Supra ran a line check and determined their LINE was OK and needed to check the premises inside, which we agreed with too.
They set an appointment time for Friday until 9PM and never showed up. Same thing again on Saturday and Sunday. I even called at 11 AM Saturday to confirm their arrival time. NEVER showed up.
It is now Monday AM, still not there, I'm sending this from work, as I DO NOT have a phone line yet.
Terrible service and NO supervision. I asked an d wad told they do not have a supervisor until after noon. Also, the maintenenace is scattered everywhere and no one knows who does what or follows up on any service ticket.
