I had to close my checking account debit card.

Thanks to the initial home page of ripoff report reading what Sissy wrote I took immediate action.

This began because of Publishers Clearinghouse.I decided to play their games,one window led to the next and next etc.To enter a sweepstakes it always sent you to a sponsor page this is where the HORROR begins.

I wen to =WINSPINWIN to get free spins you could purchase products certain offers gave you more free spins.the offer ...ACAI Concentrate only pay shipping 4.95

LEE GUMMS /google this name and read the horror/ it is the 310 area code.

Ultimately on May 4,2009 I called the fraud dept at my bank and canceled my debit card.this will stop additional amounts of approximately 79.00 being withdrawn.

when the Lee Gumms number called she was insistent that I listen and be advised that she was sending me monthly shipments and additional products which also were to be withdrawn from my account

I specifically asked how and when to cancel this offer,her advice to me was to return any unused product within the TIME FRAME /which she never told me what the time frame was/ I asked where to send it,by what date, and a phone contact...this information was never forthcoming.

PLEASE, do not be as stupid as I was.

Our customer support team does not make outbound calls unless a customer has requested it; if you were contacted by a telemarketer this person would not be able to close your account as they are just calling you to present various offers.

As you must agree to these terms and conditions to order from us, you did authorize us to continually bill your account for recurring shipments as long as the account remained open.

These terms and conditions are sent to you in an email immediately after you order along with our customer service number (which is also listed on the bottles of our products), so I'm not sure why you would have had difficulty contacting us (our customer service department is open 24/7 and hold times are under a minute). If a customer needs to stop receiving shipments it just takes a 2-3 minutes phone call to close the account.

Additionally, we do not request customers return shipments back to us - as you can see, our terms and conditions clearly state "Please note that no refunds are given on any products that have been already shipped." This is because we do not re-sell shipped products due to tampering concerns.
