I recieved a vacation pkg on my fax machine offering a trip for 4 get 2 free. I told my friends about it. On Marcih 24 th I called Supreme Choice Travel at 1-800-461-9920. . I talked to Lavante & he sold me a package for 6 adults  for 1000.00.  He said they woul charge my checking acct & I would receive an e-mail  telling me it had been charged. I did not receive that e-mail until  thursday at 5:38p.m after I called back to speak to him & a lady named Loretta said he was not there & she would be the one handeling my acct but he would still get commission . I told her I had not received my e-mail so she looked & said he had written my e-mail address wrong. She then said a travel agent would contact me by e-mail . I recieved  that e-mail on March 27th.from The Travel Center from Maryland After much investigating both companies & seeing this  is a scam I called back on Mon March 30thn to request a refund which they said no to because I waited more than 72 hrs. Technically I was under the 72 hrs since I didn't get email when I suppose to plus phone number they gave me on Friday had been changed imagine that. Plus they are closed on week-ends. If this is not a scam I would hate to see one. Loretta tried her best to have me believe this is not a scam . After reading other people reports I can't believe this is not a scam. I called the NC , Pennslvania  attorney general, both BBB , police dept in Philidephia , tourism in Philidephia which said the  adress of the phone number belonged to another company . She gave me their phone no so I called them & she had never heard of them. She gave me a number of the building operator & he had never heard of them. I can't understand how Supreme Choice Travel  & The Travel Center  can get by with this scam. If someone can help me get my 1000.00 back I would appreciate it. My bank said they can't because I did not stop payment soon enough.

Then he saiid I would receive an e-mail with my confirmation with in 24 hrs . I did not received it until March 26th after I called back & talked to Loretta because Lavante was not in even though he told me I could call him anytime he was always there. Loretta told me I would be talkie to her from here on out but Lavante would still get commission . I told her I just didn't feel comfortable sending more money because I had checked with attorney generals office in NC & Penn. I also checked with BBB. I also checked with the police dept in Philadelphia . I also called the tourism dept in Philadelphia & they said the address belong to a professional center so I called them & they had never heard of them. They gave me a phone number of the building operator & he did not know them. After all of these red flags I just did not want to send anymore money. I called their office so many times that whoever answered knew me on first name bases. I asked for a refund but they said I was not under the 72 hr window. Technically I was since I did not receive my email on time due to Lavante putting my email in wrong. Loretta stated that was a human error. She tried her best to tell me this is not a scam. If it's not I would hate to see one. On march 27th I received a email from The Travel Center wanting me to send 69.00 pp to activate my vacation. After checking into them I see it is a scam. I am out 1000.00 . They know what they r doing & I don't understand how they are getting by with this. If anyone can help me get my money back I would appreciate it. My bank said they cant't get my money back because I did not stop payment in time.
