Weyimi Ayu-Bey, a Nigerian, pawns himself off as a lawyer knowledgable in default fradulent mortgages who can represent you in resolving an inpending foreclosurer. Mr. Ayu-Bey and Mr. Tucker-Bey were convicted by Maryland Commissioner of Financial Regulations, case # CFR-FY2012-114, of contracting to provide services to stave off foreclosurers on Maryland residential mortgage loans in default. They took money and provided very little to no services from many clients after before and after their conviction. Changing their business names and continuing business. Mr. Ayu-Bey is not licensed to practice in Maryland, but did have a NY license.
