I had purchased the garcinia combogia pills on febuary 4, 2017 on the internet. The advertisement stated that I could start my trial with a 95% discount on the price. My credit card was charged 3 times: $8.05 for SM*Cleansebodyx.com, $6.66 and $2,68 for the ultra cleanse product. When i purchased the supreme garcinia cambogio pills I only wanted to have the trial. I was also shipped and charged for the pure cleanse pills that i never asked for. Since this purchase my credit card has been charged a total of $556.61. I have called this company and was offered 50% of my money back initally.
I told the customer represenative that I wanted to talk toa supervisor because I wanted a full return on these charges as I never asked to sign up for this product after the initial trial. I even offered to return the product through mail to receive my refund. The supervisor then called me back initially saying she was unable to refund my me any amount and she would cancel my account. EVentually she was able to offer me a total of 15% refund. Even though i had told her that the previous customer service represenative was able to offer me more of a refund she refused. She stated that the other represenative did not offer me this refund becuase it was not in his notes.
The advertisemnt on this website is deceiving because it has a box to check that states you can rush your order through mail and you would be charged an additional $5.95 for the product. Also under this same box it continues to say to prevent being charged the full amount cancel the account within 14 days of the trial. And then there is a different box to select that strictly states 'yes i agree.' Therefore I never clicked the box stating I would want to continue with the autoshipment and autopayments. It also does not state anywhere that the shipments/payments are monthly. I have only received 1 bottle of garcinia pills and 1 bottle of unopened pure cleanse pills and have been charged $556.61 CAD. My inteded outcome is to receive a 100% refund.
