This loan amount was approximately $870,000.00. My commission due is 1.25% of that amount as stated in my interview process by my 2 Branch Managers, Kim Larson and Scott Ruud. After the loan was sent to underwriting and approved, I was issued my employment contract. It stated my commission would be capped at $6,000.00 on loans over $417,000.00 which came as great surprise as the industry standard is a $17,000.00 cap.
As you can see, I was alerted to this after I left my employment to go to work for Supreme Lending and after I brought this new business to the company with expectations of a commission of $10,875.00 only to learn after my employment had begun that my commission structure would not be the industry standard of $17,000.00 or the 1.25% that was what was quoted in the interview process. Either way, I was promised to be paid on or before 1/31/15.
I have not been paid as yet.
After many e-mail, phone calls, and text messages and face to face meetings that were replied to as, "I'm working on it" or "I'm in a meeting", my employer told me today that they would transfer other loans from "House accounts" to me and should close in the month of April thus paying me on May 31, 2015. I do not believe this will happen.
Please review the attached Employment verification and the list of my complaint. I
I look forward to speaking to you regarding the details of my situation and how I have been treated as a person and employee.
My personal life, professional reputation and financial situation has been harmed due to the company not performing on the promises made to me and the policies within my employment contract.
