SUPREME VIEVA DERMA SUPREME DERMA This fraudulent company solicits TRIAL of face creme for $2.99. Got my debit card. Even though I phones to cancel twice, Del Ray Beach Florida
DO NOT TRY SUPREME DERMA PRODUCTS. IT IS A BOTTOMLESS TRAP. I LOST OVER $369 TO THESE CROOKS.
On 7/6/17 I responded to an email to try a face creme that promised magical results and subned on a trial of $2,99.
I received the small trial on 7/21/17. No bill was attached. I had to search for the phone number from the Sender's/ address.I immediately called the company at 888-465-9916. I waited and could not get a live person and was prompted to leave a message. I left a message to cancel. I called again on 7/22/17 and left a messsage. So even if I had chosen to continue ordering, this fraudulent outfit mails you the trial $2.99 product so late, you do not have 14 days to try it, and they hit me -unbenkownst to me - again on the day of the expiration of the deadline. Foxy Crooks.
On 7/21/17 ny debit card was again charged $94.78. I NEVER GOT THAT PRODUCT.
On 8/20/17 my debit card was again charged $89.78. I don't expect they will send any product.
On 8/21/17 - today - my debit card was charged $94.70. I'm not holding my breath.
I called yesterday and was told: "You did not cancel." I said "you do not include a bill with the $2.99 shipment, and I got it after the 14 days. I said "I never got any products and if I do get any with your record of billing weeks ahead of shipment, I will return and I want credit." The man I was talking to said:: "For HEALTH reasons we do not accpet returns." I said I will ship the package unopened. He said "it makes no difference. We follow health rules."
Funny - but this outfit does not follow basic custumer service rules and hide behind shields of "Health"
If a package is returned unopened - what health hazards is their product subjected to? Beats me,.
The man scolded me for leaving voice messages. "We do not accept calls. You should have gone to our website. Today, I visited the website. It is all a sales pitch. No details "How to cancel future shipments."
I never got any paperwork with a website. Or a courtesy note that the next shipment will be a pricey $91.79.
Unfortunately I used a debit card.
So I'm out $366.26 plus $2.99 for the trial trap.
total $369.25 for NOTHING but aggravation and a waste of time.
These people should go to jail.
