He does not have a fund, he has a fake fund called Double Rock, he will lie and scam you into divulging your business plan and more information, but he does not have any sources for funding or he has no limited partners who are willing to fund this sketchy scammer. He is a scammer, sketchy spammer. Me and my fellow Ycombinator founders have had similar experiences with him. His fund is equally sketchy as well it is called double rock. He does not understand the bay area is a thriving source of innovation and scammy rats like him have no place.
He also lies to everyone including women that he has a fund, but he does not have a fund, startup founders beware this scammer from Singapore. This con man is a massive confidence artist who goes by various names. He promised to invest in Ark, but he was just misleading me.

In the Action, the Plaintiff seeks to subpoena Xcentric Ventures LLC for your contact information, IP address, any other information which would identify you, and any other messages that you have posted on the website known as Rip Off Report, located at www.ripoffreport.com, under the pseudonym "patrick r" or any other pseudonym, about one or more of the Plaintiffs.

The above report is an attack, contains false statements, and is not written by the person it proclaims to be. The actual Patrick Riley, the founder of Ark, confirmed with me privately that he did not write this post. It was presumably written by someone else to impersonate Patrick Riley in order to attack Suraj Rajwani, his reputation, and that of his fund, DoubleRock. This is libelous. It is unfortunate that a service like RipoffReport can be so easily abused and used as a weapon for personal attack.
The assertions made in the report are false. Suraj is accused of not having a fund. He does have a fund called DoubleRock and has actively made investments under the banner of DoubleRock, the fund. For example, DoubleRock invested in Real5D. Some of these investments have been in the press. Suraj Rajwani does not operate under many "various" names. He occasionally uses "Luke" because it is his Christian name and was given to him by his church pastor, Julian Lee from Hope Singapore at age 16.
I have personally spent a lot of time with Suraj "Luke" Rajwani. He is a visionary and an extremely hard working individual. He is working very hard day and night to identify investment opportunities, supporting his investments, and building his fund, DoubleRock. He is exactly the kind of person that makes Silicon Valley what it is. He came from abroad to bring venture capital to the valley and to further power the ecosystem. We should welcome someone so dedicated to being an early stage investor.
