I purchased a Sure clip nail cutter from http://www.sureclip.com the price was supposed to be $9.99 for two however I orderd what they claimed to be the upgrade at $19.95 for the pair well to make a long story short when they charged My credit card it came to $75.92 as indicated there is no way to contact these people please take my advice and stay away from this company.
