Complaint Review: Sure Financial Incorporated

I received a letter from Africa claiming I won some sweepstakes in the amount of $450,000.00. It also came with a check for $4,850.00 supposedly for processing fee of $4,100.00.     

Someone really needs to do something about this fraud and misrepresentaion. This is not the first time I've been sent something like this and it's getting old.
