Sure Step/Interlake Chemicals Now have a 7 page indictment from the State Of Washington. See http://www.dfi.wa.gov/resources/search.htm?q=interlake+chemicals Im not surprised that after they took my money and did the same in other states they would continue to get away with it. These guys in Washington were taken for close to Sixty Thousand Dollars. Im in Florida and they were forced to refund me for Thirty Thousand Dollars. Apparently this guy Dustin Hapka who claims sponsorship with Sure Step is also used as a reference for them. Him combined with Glen Stroud Dan Hammond Naomi Saucedo may be part of a Nationwide Scam according to the Attorney Generals Office in Washington State. It was only a matter of time. Dont let them get away with it. Its my understanding that A class action suit is also in the works and each sales person will be held accountable and face up to 3 years on every count.

This is in response to Paso Robles. First of all, who is Paso Robles? There is no Paso Robles associated with our company. You say you are in Florida and then you post you are from California? Once again the information that this person posted is 100% inaccurate. This person does not exist. There is no indictment against our company from the state of Washington. We are dealing directly with the state and there is no further action required. We don't take people's money, we have been in business for over 20 years and this is a very profitable business. Slip and falls cost the government billions of dollars in health care related costs, and we are trying to put a stop to this.
This person is maybe just a competitor, we are not sure, but he is definately not affiliated with our company and we certainly did not give him Thirty Thousand Dollars? Dustin is one of our many distributors and he is also one of our top distributors. He does extremely well for himself with our product and has referred many of his family members and friends to our company. Dustin has 6 family members and friends throughout the USA that have become distributors of ours. Dustin's Grandmother and his Aunt have been distributors with us for over 2 years for crying out loud! Now you tell me, are you going to have your family and friends get into a business that does not work, or that is part of a scam? I don't think so. Really, Paso, or whoever you are, you are so misinformed it is not even funny and you are starting to look a little foolish here.
There is no scam and the state of Washington does not say this is a Nationwide scam? Where does this guy come up with this stuff? Our company is solid. We provide a service that is needed so badly. We help save many injuries and even lives. This is what we are all about, not taking people's money. In any business, there is a cost to go into that business, and our fee is minimal for what each and every distributor receives. We provide each distributor with enough chemical to return a profit over 3 times what they pay. So am I missing something here? We provide training in each distributor's own city (and that includes cities all around the world) and in many, many cases our distributors start to do work the first day of training. Our chemical is in such demand, I don't have a clue what this guy Paso is talking about. So you say don't let them get away with it? Sorry Paso, we have far too many distributors worldwide providing safety to our 1,000's of customers.
I am sorry you are unhappy with your life, but we have work to do. You will see us providing the same safety for our customers 20 years from now. Where will you be, and what are you doing to save people from hurting themselves? Do you think the many senior citizens that we have prevented from falling want to hear the utter nonsense you speak of? Or the chef in a kitchen that no longer slips because of our treatment...do you think he wants to hear your ranting? I don't think so.
