SURE STEP ripoff company lies and sells territories is not a registered U.S. company Miami Florida
This company promised me a territory for 20k and then sold someone 5 blocks away from me for 20K. We are both going after them and have now found out that they are a Canadian company disguised as a U.S. company, so our lawsuits have to be in a Canadian court. The product does not work as advertised and is a cheap copy, if you will, of a large American brand. When confronted Glen Stroud the so called director of marketing said that we were told this up front and said to "sue me". My instincts told me not to go with them after they kept calling to get me "signed up". I since have found out that there is an American brand that sells for half the price and does a superior job and has been around for many years. Dont make a TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLAR MISTAKE. This company is full of deception and not registered in my state as a franchise or a business opportunity.

This is in response to the information posted on your web sit dated August 11, 2006 from a "Bob" in Tampa Florida regarding our product Sure Step. First of all, our company is not called Sure Step. Secondly, we do not have a distributor named "Bob" in Tampa, Florida, and therefore did not establish another distributor 5 blocks away from "Bob".
Our company has never done that and would never do that. In fact, we do not have a distributor in Tampa, Florida, let alone two. "Bob states that he and the other fictitious distributor just "now" found out that we are a Canadian company. All of our distributors sign an agreement with our company indicating how many distributors are placed in a given area, and we do not deviate from this. All funds are sent to our office in Canada, and all of our product is shipped from Canada f.o.b. plant, so we are not sure how this fictitious "Bob" just "now" found out we are a Canadian company. Fictitious "Bob" would have sent his money to Canada if he was our actual distributor.
This information that was sent to you is completely false, and we thought your web site would do some homework before posting information that is 100% inaccurate.
Our company is a Canadian company and we do have an office in the State of Florida. I don't know why "Bob" did not drive a few hours and meet us at our office in Miami. The information indicating we are a Canadian company is on all of our literature, including the literature "Bob" would have received from us, and we let everyone we speak to know that we are a Canadian company. How could we disguise that and then at the last minute tell people to forward their funds to Canada. Even "Bob" wouldn't be that foolish. It is written in our agreement that clearly states we are a Canadian conpany.
We are a chemical manufacturer and develeoped the Sure Step and have been manufacturing it for over 18 years. Our company has a proven track record and we are registered in the State of Florida as a Business Opportunity, as is required by law.
Our Sure Step product is the best product on the market, and we have many testimonials to prove it. Over the years we have seen companies try to copy our formula, but to no avail. As we are a chemical manufacturer, we have a trade secret on our chemical so it can never be duplicated, ever. There are other inferior products, that we have seen come and go, but nothing compares to our Sure Step...it is simply the best, period.
Our Director of Marketing would never say "sue me" to anyone, and anyone who has dealt with him would know that, including "Bob." We are pleased to say that in over twenty years in business, we have never had a lawsuit against our company, nor have we ever had to launch a lawsuit against anyone. I am sure the company "Bob" works for can not make the same statement. It is so painfully obvious that "Bob" is a plant for anoter company. One of the reasons for our success is that we don't pressure anyone.
Our spectacular product speaks for itself. The fact we have so many successful distributors also speaks for itself. We don't need to make up people like "Bob" to send in false claims against other companies. We don't have time for that.
So the question we ask is "who is Bob?. Because we don't have a "Bob" or his friend five blocks away in Tampa, Florida. We don't understand how you can post something on your web site that is so far from the truth, and we do expect you will remove this false information from the phantom "Bob" once you take two seconds to realize we do not have a distributor named "Bob."
