Complaint Review: Sureway Beneficial

I had applied for a mastercard about a week prior, so when I got a phonecall saying I was pre-approved I didn't think twice.

Well, I did when I got my disapproval from the real Mastercard company. Then the money still got withdrawn from my bank account. The name on my bank statement was Sureway. I was stumped, thinking who was Sureway. For a week I called 1-866-202-5077. The only thing I got from them was a recording saying every associate was currently busy so to leave my number. That was what got me thinking no telemarketer returns phone calls. I mentioned the who thing to my brother and he told me to get on the rip-off report websites. Thank goodness I did! I went down to the bank they didn't even ask how they would have gotten my account information. I simply told them, this transaction was not authorized. In 48 hours my money should be reversed back into my checking.
