Complaint Review: Surf Thru Express Car Wash

November 20, 2017 at 6:56 PM my family and I went through the Surf Thru Express Car Wash.   We own a truck and when we got home we noticed near the underside of the passenger door there were scratches that weren't there previously. 

We drove back to the car wash the next day during daylight hours and business hours and wanted to speak to the managers or owners to see how they were going to rectify the problem they created.  We were told they had cameras and that they did not scratch our truck door.  On the contrary! They would not let us see the video they claim to have, and their cameras are 5 feet off the ground.  There is no way they have footage of the under side of any vehicle. 

We were told they were not going to repair the scratches, and they did not put the scratches there.  Lies!
