THIS MAN IS REPSONSIBLE FOR POSTING GARBAGE AND ERRONEOUS CRAP ABOUT ME ON THIS WEBSITE; LET ME SET THE RECORD STRAIGHT!
THIS MAN IS A MENACE TO SOCIETY AND A PSYCHOPATH AT BEST.
I was hired by this man to paint his lovely new home in Avon Indiana, last Summer
I have a copy of a written contract and various emails between us. AFTER two weeks of working on his home and employing six other men to complete the job, I sent an invoice to
him for services rendered for thousands of dollars, this includes labor for six men and various
materials used on the project. In response to my invoice I was told to go take a hike, and that he didnt have any money to pay me. Six hardworking hoosier families were robbed by this man. After I tried to collect again, I discovered that many of the other contractors that worked there were also denied payment and robbed as well, many of them were hurt financially by this Stuart Surface of SURFACE & YOUNG LLC. and many of us had to hire attorneys and file leins on his property , when filing our leins on the property, we discovered even more leins and shady dealings regarding the property and the project, I am owed thousands of dollars by this company, and havent seen a penny, one lein was for from a concrete company in excess of 30,000 dollars, NOW YOU TELL ME WHO THE CROOK IS? In retaliation for me fighting back and getting an attorney and filing a lein on his property, He found this website and decided to lash out at me by publishing negative lies and distorted facts to hurt me and tarnish my professional reputation. I eventually went to the police and filled out a report and was told that this man was being investigated for major Tax Fraud by the IRS and other kinds of fraud perpetrated on other hard working hoosier families and many small companies.
SURFACE & YOUNG LLC. home builders out of Danville/Avon Indiana, you can verify these facts via the county recorder in Danville Indiana and the Danville Police Department, as well as documentation that I have of everything that occurred, and my attorneys correspondence regarding this case, I AM A VICTIM OF INTERNET RETALIATION, pure and simple. I OWE THIS MAN ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! He has on the other hand robbed alot of people of alot of money and is still operating as we speak.

I tried to verify through My Case that this information was listed was correct. The Suspended license was Dismissed in April and the Child support was dismissed in May. Both were completely dismissed. I dont know about the tax leins maybe those have been removed as well. SUrely there has to be a better way to get this situation resolved that hurting businesses and making possiable employees not wan to come in for job interviews because they dont want to be involved in drama like this.

Stuart surface tried to buy a 2009 corvette from me off eBay. Sent two people down who looked like meth addicts down to get the car. Tried to give me a bogus check then threatened me with lawsuits and Etc. In my years of business as a successful RV dealer, I have never dealt with sutch a crook and sociopath. This guy will scam anyone and needs help. I forwarded all text and email to my attorney. Claimed he was worth over $100 million. guy is a fraud and I hope nobody ever has to deal with him

If you have nothing to hide why not give me your address to serve you with the lawsuit? You are nothing but a low life thug!! The REWARD is VALID!!! I have given you my attorneys name and number, why not provide me your attorneys name and we can serve him with the lawsuit... It's because your a LIAR you have no attorney!!! A real man would turn himself in and face the fact your a dead beat Dad. Why not do the right thing and call my attorney so we can battle this out in court!!

DONT BE FOOLED BY THIS CON ARTIST, names Stuart Surface, The reason why he is posting on here is because he owes me lots of money and I've filed a lein on his property, that he CANNOT REMOVE THAT LEIN UNTIL I GET PAID IN FULL BY THIS MAN, i wont be releasing any leins filed on his property. THERE IS NO REWARD FOLKS, NO DETECTIVE LOOKING FOR ME AND in his last posting about investigations taking place , THAT'S ALL LIES, I DONT OWE HIM A DIME!,, HES THE ONE that owes ME and many other people, lots of money, and that I've had to put a lien on his property because of it. I have an attorney and I am in contact with the courts in Indiana and my child support AND drivers licsence issues are being handled according to the law. But I would'nt have any If not for, PEOPLE LIKE THIS MAN STUART SURFACE RIPPING ME OFF! SO DON'T BELIEVE A WORD HE SAYS, HES A CROOK AND I'VE EXPOSED HIM FOR THE CROOK THAT HE IS!!!!!!!

I am trying to locate this thief! So are the POLICE!! He has active FELONY WARRANTS and has no Drivers license, nor does he support his kids. He didn't pay his workers after we PAID him IN FULL
If you can help me locate him I will offer a reward!!
My attorney has tried to serve him by Certified Mail, and now we have hired a detective to locate him!!
His real name is Rex Shelton. Please call my attorney at 317-745-4495 and ask for Chris Arrington or call 911 and report where he is located!!!
I want my day in court with this thief, and his kids deserve their $25,000 in back child support!!!
