Surfsafe, Vmail Direct ripoff, theft, unlawful practices, Internet
Just looked at my phone bill and there were 2 charges that i did not expect to find. $14.95 for vmail direct set-up and $17.95 for surfsafe inet monthly fee
neither of which, did I sign up for. How can this be legal? The contact phone number was the same for both charges. I will not be able to contact them yet, as this is Sunday and they are closed, according to the answering machine. What recourse do we have against this kind of theft?
