I ordered one item from them, wanted to return it, but they would not respond to emails or phone calls, but the item contains a letter stating no returns without permission. When you call the number 1-866-2148585 they tell you to call 877-269-3175. When you call that number they say Thank you, Goodbye and hang up. They don't respond to anything but keep charging my creding card
