Surplus and adventure.. DO NOT USE ... poor communication from company, lack of goods, false promises, still no goods 3 months later no goods....no refund...no communication , Internet

Poor service ... ordered goods over 3 months ago ... they did not get back to us regarding the out of stock items (they were showing in stock when we ordered) leaving us to chase them, we emailed after about 3 weeks after placing order when barclaycard statement came through showing they had taken money in full!!! we were then advised goods were out of stock and a delivery would be in friday, some 2 months ago, with no further contact from store!!!


AND THEY HAVE THE NERVE TO HAVE A 100% CUSTOMER SATISFATION GUARANTEED LOGO ON THEIR SITE!!!

Now what I would like to know is when will we get our goods/refund and what will we get as compensation considering they "guarantee 100% satisfaction" ???
