Bought laminate flooring last week and put down $700 deposit. Paid $700 balance this week and was ready to pickup flooring. Was sent to a remote wharehouse in Irving, TX at 8101 Tristar Rd. Irving, TX 75063.
Arrived at an empty wharehouse with no tenants. Called store in Frisco where I bought and paid for products continously for 1hr and never got an answer. I drove back to the store only to find a manager who would not answer any questions and was escorted to the door with other customers and locked out.
Other customers with similar issues came to store and we all experience the same issues. Called Police but they could not help and told us to file complaint at constable office. Waiting on news channels to call me back so I can spread the word.
