Dear Rip off report.com ,
SURPLUSMASTERS.COM FRAUDED US !!!
we are a small company in Berlin, Germany.
we tried to establish a business relationship with SURPLUS MASTERS, acompany selling Apparel, Jewels and so on.
We wired in June 2005 an amount of nearly 1300 $ to their bank account for a sample order of Ralph Lauren Polo Shirts.
they didnt responded, were hardly to get via email and stated, they didnt get the money. I send them bank evidence, written papers, even my own bank tried to get in contact via fax.
they did not answered to one one of my mails for nearly half a year now.
please advise.
is there someone else being frauded by them ?

Surplus Masters never got the money, bank responded

We sincerely understand your frustration and we did a thorough research with our bank about the money in question. Our bank as any other bank in USA can only investigate outgoing wires not incoming. Yes, Michael's bank said it was send to our account, but it never reached our account. His bank has to investigate this wire and where it ended. Our bank confirmed by letter that there was no incoming wire from this individual for the questioned amount. Click on the following link
