Day 1.  I received a text message about a mystery shopping opportunity.  The text message included a 1-800 number to call.  I called and the operator jumped into taking my information before telling about the opportunity.  I agreed to it and to a promotion for Surplus Supplier.  I was told I would receive an email for training.  Within the hour I received an email with my username, password, and link to get started on the Surplus Supplier, but never did for Shopper System.  I began creating my virtual store until I reached an error message: Reseller ID not valid.  I emailed tech support. 

Day 2.  Tech support gave me a number to call about the issue.  The representative claims the issue would be cleared up within 10 minutes.  I then called Shopper System to inquire why I had not received the email.  The representative claimed the email would be on its way today.

Day 3.  The Surplus Supplier store was never created.  I tried calling twice to cancel, and twice the representative hung up on me.  I emailed tech support to request cancellation.  I then called their sister company Shopper System and requested cancellation since they never sent my email about training.  That rep argued that the training would not be emailed and would not accept my request to cancel.  I finally said, "Cancel it!" and hung up.
