Sadly, Brian Ramsey continues to conduct "business" in the same manner as described here. He has built quite a reputation as an unscrupulous, unethical liar and con man. Part of his pattern of fraudulent behavior includes doing his best to hide from those he has lied to/victimized.
He will continue to cheat as many people as cross his path. For those who have been victimized and need contact information for legal reasons, he has been manager of a company called Theme Park Connection - the same kind of business as his Surplus Kingdom ("rare", "authentic" Disney/theme park collectibles) - for at least a few years now. The address is 2160 Premier Row, Orlando, FL 32809. Phone number (407)284-1934.
Not surprisingly, someone has filed a report about Theme Park Connection on this website (report # 1180942). Also not surprising - the person who filed the report specifically names Brian, citing his dishonest behavior.
Best of luck to anyone who has been left in Mr. Ramsey's long, wide destructive wake.

Not sure if still married, but was married to Carolyn Gutierrez Ramsey (Age 44), Brian had stepson John Gutierrez, Brother in Law, Moses Gutierrez . Parents Live in Daytona Beach on Heritage Lane, Leonard and Leah Ramsey.
Carolyn listed in Daytona Beach in Apt. 611 on Mason Avenue zip code 32117 or on Pine Woods Road in Ormond Beach, FL, Also have relatives of Gelson Gutierrez and Emelia (Emily) Gutierrez.. He is a scam artist and thief. He has a long history of ripping people off. Brian is a member of the World Chapter of the National Fantasy Fan Club, and sometimes will show up at club meetings.)
