What a terrible company. I attempted to return an item which was nearly expired (had a package date of 2009, arrival date of January 2011, expired in March 2011). When I informed them of this, they refused to process a refund stating their policy to never refund opened items. Only one problem:

YOU CANT SEE THE EXP DATE WITHOUT OPENING THE PACKAGE!

When I informed them that they had lost me as a customer and that I would be sharing reviews on the web, they threatened me with this:

"Make sure you note that you didnt read our policy, ask question prior, or research what you were buying. We didnt have a gun to your head telling you not to do any of these things.

We will also report you to BadCustomer.com and write dozens of reviews everyday on <my company>. If you are going to act unprofessionally so will we."

The phrase "gun to your head" should never be used in an email to a customer. ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!

Refund proposed - complaint revoked

I have spoken with the customer service reps from this company. They are now proposing a full refund. While I wish things would have gone smoother from the beginning, I appreciate their efforts to make amends.

I would now like to revoke this complaint, and I thank the company for their ability to make amends.
