Survey Platinum 3 months of grief and the runaround from them and finally a resolution Palatine Illinois
I wish I had come across the ripoffreport website before I ever signed up with Survey-Platinum in July 2004.
After several lengthy, polite e-mails to them, two refund requests via paypal, and an inordinate amount of patience, I finally got a refund thanks to squaretrade.com.
Square Trade is an online mediator. After reading about their service in a newspaper article, I filed a case on their website on Dec. 14, 2004. They forwarded my complaint to support@survey-platinum.com (unfortunately, whoever responds from this email is not very consistent with replies and has the innate ability to drive one's blood pressure up). On the same day, I got a refund in my paypal account.
I recommend using www.squaretrade.com. I wish you the best of luck in getting your refund back.
