Complaint Review: Survey-Platinum

Survey-Platinum like survey junction says in their web site that you can get paid up to $150.00 for doing surveys and focus groups. They also, after you pay show you lists of conpanies that they say will pay you for your opinions. The list shows the companies link to the right of the name is how they pay, most of them show cash/prizes and some just say cash.

Well here's the truth. I signed up with every company on their lists and found only 3 where you can get cash, and the way you get the cash is by completing a survey most 20 to 30 min. one of them took me 1hr 53min. for that one I received 10 points. it takes 1000 points to get $10.00 in cash. Next they say they have a 90 day money back gaurantee if your not happy.

Well I have emailed them now 11 times requesting a refund and I have not received any response. So I just sent them an email requesting that someone from customer service contact me, that was 5 days ago. This is a dishonest company. If you should need anything further from me please contact me at anytime. I want to stop people like this what ever it takes.
