Watch out for this site. I met my minimum and requested payment 3 months ago. Initially, emails were responded to with a canned "payment will arrive in 4-6 weeks" email. Now there is no response at all. Typical survey scam site with no contact info (you can use a DNS lookup but who knows if its correct). REPORT this site to the FTC. http://www.ftc.gov. If you purchased a trial offer through their site and used a credit card, and did not get paid.... it's worth a shot. Otherwise, stay away. Surveyteam or surveyteam.com does not pay their users. I emailed with my account number and surprisingly enough, received a canned response letting me know my payment was again being "processed" and that my payment apparently required this mysterious 90 day process. Does this processing involve an abacus and pencils?
Once again, I urge anyone who has dealt with Surveyteam.com / A&A Marketing / Inovative Ideas out of Palatine, Illinois (God only knows what other names they use) to file a complaint with the FTC. It takes 5 minutes and they will issue a case number. I did it. I won't rest until this company stops ripping off people who may really need the money, and stops TAKING money for their "trial offers" and not living up to their payment claims.
