I, like other people took Survival Life up on one of the free offers i found on my Facebook page. In my personal case it was for the wallett knife. After putting my information in to pay the $4.95 shipping charge and declining the other knife as well as the membership they went a head and starting to charge my accout for a membership fee that was not authorized. I made several attempts to contact them through the customer assistance number listed with no answer.

In my case i did make payment through Pay Pal and froze the funds. After several more attemts to contact Survival life through e-mails as well as the 24-7 on line live help, also not working, i did contact ClickBank and through them had the funds returned to me as well as stopping any future reoccuring charges.

This company is in my opinion is a internet predator site who is using these free offers to steal from unsuspecting people. I am careful when buying anything on-line. I do read the terms and conditions before proceeding. I did click on the "decline " button in reguards to the membership and they charged me any ways. This is a very dishonest company.

I am so sorry that you were charged for a membership that declined. We do give our customers a trial to our membership when they order certain items from us but if you declined that offer then you never should have been charged for it. If you could reach out to me at support@survivallife.com using the subject ATTN Brittany I would like to try to make up for this happening. I look forward to speaking with you and I hope you have a great day!
