 I saw a post on facebook for a free credit card size tool from SurvivalLife.com I ordere the card and had to pay for shipping . then a pop up came up asking me to buy some knife, I clicked the button that said "no thanks" but the charge went through for another 9.95.  after many attempts to cancel the order I also found out ther charged me an additional 19.95 / month for some subscription i knew nothing about.

SurvivalLife.com and Clickbank.com are both at fault, when the charge shows up on your bank account is says clickbank

  this free tool that you pay 5 bucks for shipping turned out to be a $35.00 charge with a $19.95 per month recuring charge.

 It's been well over a year and now you respond/reach out? I respect the fact that you are reaching out but I want nothing to do with survivallife.com or click bank ever again . I honestly hope this is a positive change for your company, I had thought this matter was closed. It took guts to finially respond after this length of time! I respect that a lot . original Order was placed on 1-10-2015. Best wishes to you and your company have a nice day.

I am so sorry that you were charged for a membership that you declined. We do give our customers a trial to our membership when they order certain items from us but if you declined that offer then you never should have been charged for it. It also sounds like there may have been some accidental purchases placed on your account due to an error with our ordering system around the time of your complaint. That issue has since been corrected. I would really like to correct these issues for you by refunding you for all of the accidental charges as well as ship out the items that you did not receive.
