We really hate to do this but merchants really need to be warned about this individual.

First let us state that we did everything we could to reach an amicable arrangement with this consumer, but she would rather just file a chargeback, AND keep the merchandise, for her "dis-satisfaction". (While threatening us with all sorts of action).

Consumer also mentioned they work with a bank and are very much aware of their "right" to chargeback, thus indicating this merchant most likely does this quite often.

Summary of the details are: She ordered two shirts from a seller that advertises with our company. She requested a refund long after the 14-day seller's return policy, and the refund was denied. So she used her knowedge of the so-called "consumer right" to get a refund regardless by initiating a chargeback. She lost the original chargeback dispute, so she filed it again under new conditions.

Originally she told her credit card company "she did not authorize" this transaction. This is the easiest way to steal merchandise from merchants but after we provided signed proof that was obviously not going to work. So then she filed it again as "not as decribed".

It is the policy of RUNWAYCO to fight every single wrongful chargeback using any legal means to protect the companies that use our advertising and escrow services.

This was the last resort.

While this report can never be deleted, we are willing to amend this report if she makes the seller whole for the purchase, the chargeback costs, which she will not have to pay to a collection agency.
