VRBO Property # 31183vb at unit 410, Maalaea Yacht Marina was booked and paid in full. As dates came closer and airlines cancelled flights due to Covid, Susan assured us that even with VRBO cancellation dates we would be refunded and credits. Hawaii opened up Oct 15 but would not accept Canadian Covid tests. Susan phoned and encoraged us cancel saying. assuring us a refund and future credits at a great deal. Trust me she said. Now she will not respond to any emails or phone calls

Maui is closed to us . Susan would not even offer any future credits as recomended to all owners by VRBO. We are out $3000 . Hard to believe a person would take advatage of the Corona virus. Lesson to be learned.. no matter how good the reviews may be or how trusting and apparently nice the person seems to be. It can still be a RIPOFF.
