Susan Murley - Queen's Court Pomeranians ripoff/sold stuff many times over/never delivered/fraud Edwards Colorado
On 8/6/04, I visited a Web site where Susan Murley - Queen's Court Pomeranians - was advertising the sale of pet grooming supplies.
On 8/10/04, I sent U.S. Mail to the address listed on the site with a check for after verifying via e-mail that the items were still available.
On 8/23/04, I e-mailed her asking her if she received my check. No reply.
On 8/27/04 I called her and was told that she would be shipping out the items that day and would contact me with a tracking number (USPS Priority Mail).
On 8/28/04 I e-mailed her asking for the tracking number. I also called her and there was no answer or no answering machine.
I called again on 8/29 - no answer, and again 8/30. I assume she has caller ID because now she just picks up the phone and hangs up.
A check was sent for purchase of items. Check cleared. I was assured that items would be shipped and I would be provided with a tracking number. Never rec'd items or tracking number. When I call she hangs up on me.
I know of several others who were defrauded in the same manner, and the number is growing. She's selling thousands of dollars of items over and over again and not delivering the merchandise.
She's also been accused of accepting deposits for puppies and not delivering.
From what I hear, she's been booted off of e-bay for not delivering items sold there, too.
As a result of this, she is being investigated by the FBI, the IFCC, the BBB and the USPS.
