You got ripped off on your car and your home? Arent you the one that signed contradts on both of them? If you couldnt afford the payments or you didnt want the car or home, you shouldnt have bought them. What is a good solution to this in your opinion? Do you want the banks that financed both items to take them back from you and absolve your debt? I really do not see that happening, especially on the car. You're asking for help, but I'm not sure exactly what help would be.

FIRST OFF LET TELL YOU I AM NOT A RICH MAN. I LIVE ON A FIXED INCOME.THE REALESTATE COMPANY "REALLITY SOUTH,THEN COUNTRYWIDE,THE APPRAISAL GUY.
they put me in a house for over $91,000.00. THEY THEN CHANGED MY INCOME TOO WAY MORE THAN I CAN AFFORD. BUT NOT ONLY DID THEY DO IT FHA-HUD WENT ALONG WITH THE AMOUNT WE RECIEVED.
EVEN THOUGH WE HAD SHOWN PROOF OF INCOME. OUR PAYMENTS WERE SUPPOSED TO BE CHEAPER. WE HAD ONLY BEEN APPROVED FOR $86,00.00 BUT THEY RAISED IT TO $91,000.00 A LITTLE MORE.
THE HOUSE AFTER THE FIRST RAIN ,WE TRIED TO CONTACT THE REALITY SOUTH PEOPLE TO TELL THEM BUT THEY SAID GET ON THE ROOF AND FIX IT MY SELF. MY WIFE THOUGHT WE WHERE GETTING A WARRANTY ON THE HOME.WE HAD THAT BUT IT WASA JOKE ON US. THE HOUSE STAYS SO COLD WE CAN'T HEAT ALL OF IT.UPSTAIRS DOESN'T EVEN HAVE HEAT.THAT IS WHAT THE APPRAISAL GUY WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE CHECKED. IF YOU ASK ME I THINK HE MAKES A FAST BREAK WITH APPRAISING HOMES.THE REASON I SAY THIS IS MY BROTHER SOLD ONE HOME AND HAD ONE BUILT. THE APPRAISAL GUY DIDN'T EVEN GO INTO THE HOMES TO APPRAISE THEM. HE JUST PUT THE ASKING AMOUNT ON THE SOLD HOUSE,AND PUT THE NEW HOUSE FOR WHAT IT COST TO FIX IT. ENOUGH ABOUT THAT FOR NOW I CAN BARELY MAKE IT THROUGH THE MONTH TRYING TO FEED OUR FAMILY. WE HAVE MOLD AND MILDEW PROBLEMS.OR HOUSE IS IN BAD NEED OF REPAIRS. NO,IT NEEDS TORE DOWN AND A NEW ONE BUILT, THE ROOF I READY TO CRASH,THE ELECTRICAL WIRING IS GOING TO PROBABLY CAUSE OUR THE HOUSE TO BURN,THE SIDING AND WINDOWS NEED REPAIRED "NEW" THEY HAVE EXTENDED THE LIFE THEY WHERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE LIVED. THE SHOWER UPSTAIRS LAST NIGHT STARTED LEAKING.WE CANNOT USE OUR FIREPLACE DUE TO CRACKS AND STRUCTURAL DAMAGE.MY SON HAS TO SLEEP ON THE COUCH WHEN IT IS COLD . IT IS SOO COLD THAT MY WIFE STAYS SICK , MY SON WHO NEVER GETS SICK HAS BEEN SICK! THIS HOUSE IS BASICALLY UN LIVEABLE. MY WIFE WROTE THIS LETTER FOR ME BECAUSE I CANNOT READ OR SPELL CORRECTLY,SHE COULDN'T EVEN READ.THE PAPERWORK WHICH WAS A BOOK AND THE SIGNG WAS LATE AFTER A LONG HOT DAY.
