Most of this report is completely untrue.
Yes, we have bogus charges against us. Francisco Javier Ordaz Aguiar, the brother of Catalina Ordaz Aguiar de Evatt is trying to take possession of a piece of property in San Carlos, Sonora, Mexico. To protect the property I built a fence blocking Francisco Javier Ordaz Aguiar's ability to start construction on this property. Kimberly, has the legal power of attorney for the American family and assisted in obtaining workers to build the fence. Period!
This man is now accusing us of beating him up????
I am a registered nurse and assist my doctor husband as a receptionist. I have for 16 years. I have my work papers and do not work illegally.
Kimberly has a wonderful business. She has been assisting new home buyers and sellers for many many years. She also has helped many who have had problems obtaining their property papers. Problems mostly from the above mentioned family .......................thus the slam.
There is another lawsuit occurring against Catalina Ordaz Aguiar de Evatt. She also tried to take adverse possession of property. The American is fighting (and winning) in the Mexican Court system.
