Susie Perrine pretends to be a experienced real estate broker but she is completely incompetent. She runs around Nevada acting like she's helping you but in reality all she is doing is billing you for services that you could do yourself or pay someone else (who actually has a degree in real estate or the law) half of what she charges.
She always has communication issues and blames everything from computers to other people for her inadequacies. I am not impressed with her poor quality work and know several people who are not either. She lists tons of community volunteer work as accomplishments on her website. That is not good enough for real estate matters involving hundreds of thousands of dollars. I wanted to give her a chance because she seems nice enough at first but you quickly realize she is a snake in the grass and is only out to make $$$$ for herself. My deal was never completed and she has since ignored any calls or emails.
Do not hire Susie Perrine or Las Vegas International Realty for any services.

I never met this guy. It is very sad when 'just anyone' can be allowed to file such a false statement as this guy did. Recently after checking out this site my attorneys found this guys name - who never gave his real/full name - just Ronnie B. - he was upset as he was apparently planning a trip to Vegas and wanted to view multi million dollar homes.
Any Seller would appreciate I don't let just anyone walk in their home. You need to show verification of funds. So Mr 'Want to Be' made these statements against me as I would not allow him access. I never met him, do not know if he ever made it to town. He has dozen of 'Rip Off' complaints against him on this site for monies as little as refusing to pay someone $40.
I wonder if it was a group of attorneys that started with web site as soon as this was posted I started getting phone calls - emails etc wanting me to pay them to get rid of this report.
Now that we know who Ronnie B is, hopefully he can read English enough to understand this note. I know your name, address and so do my attorneys.
