Susies Scents ripoff, no communication whatsoever ripoff fraud business Brighton Michigan
A friend of mine found Susiesscents.com on Ebay. We ordered from her last year without any problem. This year is a different story. I placed an order on March 3rd and used PayPal (an accepted form) for payment. The total cost for the order was $32 and according to PayPal, the payment went through. Since then I've e-mailed this candle w***e FIVE times asking where my order was. She never replied. Out of curiosity, I went back to Ebay and looked up feedback on her. Turns out, she is a suspended user!
The complaints that were listed ranged from "thief" to "fraud." I filled out a Buyer Complaint Form with PayPal, but because it was past 30-days, they couldn't help me get my money back. My last e-mail to her, I asked her to be a decent human being and refund my money. Still, no reply. Now, her web site says she is no longer accepting PayPal. Wanna know why? They dumped her! Do not order from this site...ever!

Finally received my items from Susies Scents...about three months after I sent in the payment for them. Still, not ONE e-mail during the entire time I was inquiring about my order and NO APOLOGY along with my order when it showed up today.
Still won't order from her ever again. Not a good way to run a legit biz.
