The Suspended Drivers License scam does extensive advertising campaigning to make themselves seem legit. They will also have business cards and work out of a nice building.

Don't be fooled these people assure you of getting your license back and will garantee it but will do nothing with your money.

Ron Westmorland was the head guys name and he will try to get your few hundred dollars by using any means necessary including references to God.

Don't be fooled. It sounds to good to be true and it is. I ended up hearing about this company on the news awhile back but thought I would still put this up if somehow they are still in business.

What about a conditional license?

I know this is probably too late to be of value but where I live you can go to the DMV and apply for a conditional license when yours has been suspended, depending on what the suspension is for.

It should only cost about $75 dollars and on your application you must list all the places you NEED to go,like doctor appts, your job, the sitters to drop off kid(s),the grocery store, laundromat, and anything else of importance- but you can't list things like" going to movie theater", this will allow you to drive your vehicle anywhere that is absolutely necessary; however you cannot be involved in any traffic infractions of any kind that would trigger a report to the DMV because if you do the conditional license will be revoked and then you will have an even harder time getting your full license back.

I hope this helps someone if they happen to read this because this is not common knowledge, I happened to find out about it by calling a lot of DMV people and asking lots of questions, until someone told me about it.

To make any blanket statements about possessing the capability of reversing suspensions on driver's licenses is ludicrous.
.
That would truly be worth a whole lot of money to all the poor souls (adults)in my area freezing their a$$e$ off riding mopeds for lack of a valid license.
.
I think the correct response to their claims is to: [1] Ascertain how much they'll charge for these efforts [2] Offer to pay double that figure AFTER the license is reinstated.
