Instead they only honored $1200 worth and told us the rest was used to " buy down " our interest rate from the lender to make the payments lower . Despite this , they were still $100 / month over our agreed upon payments . After assuring us they could meet our terms , we went back the next day to sign the papers . It didn't happen . These crooks weren't even close to what they promised .
They also include " Paint Protectant " on all cars for $1200 additional . You don't get a choice whether you want it or not and it's nothing more than polymer liquid with teflon . You can buy the same stuff at Autozone for $5 .
