Prior to arriving in Ft Myers, I made arrangements to purchase a 2020 Rogue for $24,980, which included the license plate and 0% financing for 60 months. Once I arrived to the dealership I discovered the terms of the sale were no longer being honored. The license plate was no longer included and the financing rate was now 5.4%.

I presume you did not buy the car and therefore reward them for trying to CON you! Lying to people is NOTHING NEW to slimeball dealerships, like the ones who add BOGUS, ADD-ON, PHONY FEES like this one does. The Sutherlin BOGUS FEE SCAM works like this: They advertise a FAKE PRICE for the car in order to DECEIVE you into buying there thinking cars there are cheaper. However, this pond scum makes up the difference from what they really want for the car by adding a BOGUS FEE.
They give this PURELY BOGUS FEE an official sounding name to DECEIVE you. Why would you or anyone want to patronize any merchant which even shows evidence ON THEIR WEBSITE they have NO INTEGRITY and NO HONESTY? The FACT they wouldn't honor the texted price is simply further evidence these people are pure trash. If you were to question dealership garbage about their BOGUS FEE DECEPTION, they won't address the matter directly.
They will tell you "we make full disclosure". The guy with the mask and gun at the c-store makes full disclosure as well! Please, please spread the word of what this dealership trash attempted to do to you as well as their BOGUS FEE SCAM. Neither you nor anyone else needs them. The stench of their own dishonesty permeates the countryside.
