Complaint Review: Sutton Ford

I tried to find information on a used vehicle they were selling in March of 2005. It took over a month for the first email, and only just recently (October 2005) did they actually address the original request.

In that time we have told them that we were not interested in their vehicle, we also have requested multiple times to be removed from their email list. They have not done so. The email they list for getting off of their mailing list doesn't work, as I have clicked on it numerous times and still recieve emails, and the phone number they have listed on their website to call and ask to be removed, is invalid and for a business in Arizona.

I have spoken to receptionists, people who work their (never the actual person listed in the email, they are always unavailable), and have not been able to get this issue resolved. This is my only recourse at the moment, so here it is. Do not shop there! Their business is terrible, it's impossible to talk reasonably with anyone, and they do not hold to their promises of removing someone from their mailing list, at least with me they have not.
