I researched these guys before I bought a camper on ebay from them. They had good feed back but that has since changed.

I won the bid, the camper was to be delivered in 3 days. 15 days later it was still not here. Jay as he is referred to(see all other AKA's I posted) said they had a problem with the slide out motor on the camper.

It was finally delivered 18 days after the purhase at 2:30 am. I believe this was intentional because they did not want me to be able to inspect it.

I went out to meet the delivery driver and look the camper over, I noticed the front bedroom and matress was flooded as he had driven through lots of rain. The overhead roof vents did not even have a covers on them(both front and rear).Camper was filthy and smelled bad,had roaches and to top it off the entire roof was rotten.

They denied know about the roof and refused to give my money back. They avoided my calls for days,(ebays limits fraud claims to 30 days on vehicles) after several days of complaining to Jay he told me they did not have any money to issue me a refund, he also said he did not have time to worry about my roof problems.

I filed a complaint with ebay on the 29th day. The other guy named Sam called me and offered another camper. Before I could even see pictures of it a driver called me and said he was leaving Ocala,Fl with the replacement camper.

I called Sam immediately but got no answer, He did send pictures the day the camper arrived. It also had problems. Broken sewer pipes and tanks, furnace was broken, several lights were broken,no leveling jacks, roof vent covers broken, water heater broken.

Over all the camper was in better shape than the first and I knew I would never get my refund so I had to keep the replacement camper.

Basically do not buy anything from these people, they are not American and do not do things by American value. They do not get in a hurry to make the right corrections. They appear to be only concerned about making money.

BE WARE!!! They just bought about 100 FEMA campers and are trying to sell them on ebay. However I could not leave negative feedback on ebay because they shut down the ebay account they were selling under.

If you are bidding on ebay and come across SUV MART in Knoxville,TN or a guy name Julian Demirkol or another named SAM BE WARNED!!!!!!! They just want your money and you will end up with junk!!

I don't know guy's,but I have had experience with these guy's and have found them to be nothing but honest.Sure, their out to make a living and support their families, but who's not.I live in Knoxville and moved my son from Texas and he rented a house from Julian for one year. Most landlords look for a way to keep any deposit that you have with them.Within a week after he moved out,Julian sent him a check for the full deposit.

I also don't know why race has to come into this.Hell,I own a large plumbing company and I get ripped off by white people more than anybody else.

Everybody's,including you,are looking for a deal or something for nothing.Get past it and move on and stop bitching.

By the way,I have a camper in Virginia for sell,Would you be interested? It's in perfect condition and I would need cash up front.

Racism towards my family is unappreciated

Let me first say that your criticisms are quite harsh. Making statements that attack the owner's nationality are quite offensive and ignorant, and it doesn't help your overall argument. I have experience with this company, and I know what you are talking about. In fact, Julian Demirkol is my uncle. I just have to ask you to please not bash my family members because they aren't completely honest with their information on eBay. My uncle is an extremely kind man with no bad intentions. He only wishes to keep his family well-supported, and to do that, he must sell the vehicles that he purchases and repairs. I'm sure that he didn't intend to rip anyone off. He most likely recieved the camper at a bad price initially, and had to try to sell it for more than it was worth. You have no idea what events may be taking place in a person's life, so don't criticize them for the choices they make. It really troubles me that your last argument was based on race. I feel that you are simply a prejudiced person who can't get off the fact that you purchased an item in bad condition from someone with a skin color different from yours.

I posted my experience about SUV MART in Knoxville TN (JAY) (JULIAN) (SAM) because they sold me something that was described as in excellent condition.

As I stated before (but obiviously did't spell it out for the idoits out there)let me go further into detail for you so you can "wipe your tears",Mr. CRY BABY.

This camper agreed to bid on was a 2006 Pilgrim International 29 Bunk house with a super slide. Now first things first. I normally would never, ever had bought anything without seeing and inspecting it first. MY MISTAKE>

I personally called "JAY" on several ocassions before I ever bid to discuss in detail this camper. I ask if there were ANY problems or concerns. I ask about everything including the kitchen sink (which he said was fine, but it was broken and leaking when it arrived). He told me before I bid on it that he had it gone through and everything checked out by his professional staff. I specifically asked if the roof had any issues, the slide worked properly,if the appliances worked,if the floor was soft, is there or has there ever been any sign of water damage. He assured me that the camper was ''PERFECT AND THAT I WAS GOING TO LOVE IT AND ENCOURAGED ME TO BID ON IT''.

Now with all that being covered he also said if for any reason it is delivered to my house and I find any major issue ,he will personally refund my entire purchase price minus delivery fee. Ok how could I go wrong? If this guy promised me a perfect camper and agrees to refund my money, and sounds so convincing, plus 100% positive feed back. Sounds too god to be true, well then ofcourse it is.

Lets start with the day the auction ended. They imediately began sending instructions of how to wire money, (this is after I paid the $500.00 deposit via pay pal). I send the entire payment via wire transfer.

Now the communication stopped!! I felt like I had been duped from that point  right there. He promised the camper to be delivered within 3 days of the end of tha auction as long as the payment was recieved. Well I did my part. It took me several days to get "Jay" to answer my calls. He finally leaves me a voice mail that said he was having a problem with the slide motor on the camper. He said it will barely slide out,it trips the breaker and the motor will not bring the slide back in without stopping and popping the breaker.

So I finally get him on the phone aproximately 8 days later( I can refer to my file if anyone needs exact dates and times of phone call, emails, etc) he says he's sorry but they are going to have to replace the slide motor and the sink is leaking and a few other things they found. Well wait a minute!  Didn't you already promise me that the camper had already been inspected by your professional staff and it was found to be in perfect condition? ( That was the question that I asked and this is where he starts to become negative) He now tells me that he and his partner Sam had bought so many campers from a Fema auction and were selling them on Ebay faster than they could inspect them and mine had been "over looked and slipped through the crack''

Well the communication was very poor for the next several days. I called daily to check on the camper and either got voice mail or no answer. Finally "Sam" calls me and says that they have it ready to go and assures me that I am going to love it. The only problem now is all of their delivery drivers are gone on other deliveries.

I told them that I had a trip to Fort Lauderdale in a couple of days and to hold the camper their, because I had become suspicious about the camper and wanted to come and see it before they delivered it. So he assures me again that all is good and agreed to hold it.

The night before my trip to Fort Lauderdale (18 days after the payment) I got a phone call from a delivery driver who said he was on his way to my house with my camper and that he was due to arrive at around 11 pm . I told him not to bring me any camper because I was flying to look at it the next day. The driver then told me that he has already been on the road from Fort Pierce , FL for over 2 hours and was told to get the camper delivered. Needless to say I could not get either "Jay or "Sam" on the phone to see why they changed the plan, but left repeated messages with both guys to call me asap.

So as I mentioned before at 2:30 am the camper was delivered as described before.

Now for the guy who is in love with Jay. Here you go.

I bid on a camper that was supposed to be in excellent condition and if it were as described it would have been worth maybe 14k on KBB. The bid was $9600.00.

Now after all the problems were discovered and I couldn't get any kind of resolution from the "thieves" I took it to my local RV dealer ship and he gave me an estimate to fix the ROTTEN ROOF,REPLACE THE DECK UNDER THE FRONT MATRESS from water damage and mold, replace the  CARPET because of mold , replace the matress and guessing as to whether the main ROOF STRUCTURE  AND WALL STUDS need to be replaced(he would not know until he took the roof and wall panels out). And lets not forget the SLIDE MOTOR THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED, it had to be replaced and the rails were bent which was the reason the motor was getting hot and stopping and making a popping noise as it was sliding in and out.

I was sick to find out that the entire quote to fix the MAJOR problems was going to be almost as much as I paid for the whole camper.

It was estimated between $7000.00 and 10,000.00 depending on what structure items had to be replaced and the number of man hours for labor at $85.00 an hour.

I ask the RV dealer what kind of value he would put on the camper or what would he try and sell it for and if he would help me sell it.

He told me first of all he would never even attempt to sell a camper in this condtion and with the roof being a complete loss it wasn't worth $ 2000.00.

Now if you can get a roof replaced at Lowes or Home depot for let me know, because the two estimates I got were between $6000 and $9000. (That is spelled out SIX THOUSAND AND NINE THOUSAND DOLLARS)

Now to help clarify what I'm saying when I tell you the roof was rotten i mean if you push down on the rubber roof cover the wood just crumbles under your hand, you dare not attempt to walk on it. Oh yeah I mentioned that the roof vents were missing but I did not mention that they had the vents covered with black trash bags and duct tape, then covered over that with a piece of card board and a brick on the front and rear roof vents.

I wish I could post pictures and video to show poof of my claim and if I figure out how to link them to this I will. I guess for now you can base your own opinion of me, I don't really care what any one thinks but I posted this on this site for the reasons that this site was created to begin with.

This is mearly meant to be a heads up and use caution when dealing with these guys.

And for those who feel being a smart a*s is acceptable it makes be wonder about you since you felt the need to attack me directly. No real "man" would dare hide behind a key board and prance around in fary tale land. Your story may be true I don't know, basically don't care.

NOTHING IN MY CLAIM IS ANYTHING BUT 100% FACTS AND CAN BE BACKED UP!

SO IF YOU DON'T LIKE WHAT I SAID PISS OFF.

AND FOR MY NON AMERICAN COMMENT WELL I GUESS THAT MAKES ME A FLAG WAVING PROUD  RED WHITE AND BLUE BLEEDING AMERICAN WHO IS PROUD TO HAVE SERVED AND ANY BODY WHO DON'T SUPPORT OUR COUNTRY AND IS NOT GLAD TO BE HERE...............LEAVE  !!!

I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM WITH NON AMERICANS, EXCEPT THAT THEY DON'T PAY INCOME TAXES,PROPERTY TAXES,BUSINESS TAXES, LIVE OFF GOERNMENT PROGRAMS FOR FREE AND GET GRANTS TO START BUSINESESS AND NEVER PAY THEM BACK, OTHER THAN THAT I'M GOOD.

I purchased a 33 foot salem 2006 in average to good shape with a retail value listed on KBB for $13,800 for $5300. Yes Jullian is not an American. He is in fact from Turkey. I am not sure why his nationality is a part of the compliant as he is in fact a ver honest friendly guy who happen to be Turkish. Ok it was disclosed in detail that the camper was purchsed from the goverment in large lots 100-200. I am sure, at least I would really like a comment from the original consumer.  Was this disclosed and how much below retail value did he or she spend? you know its reality that you get what you paid for. My camper had issues the CCI electric socket was bad (7.35) at lowes. The cabinet in the back room was missing some laminate. (9.00) for a 12"x12" sheet. These campers have real home fixtures and ceramic comodes full size fridge and over the slove microwave. they are Park models with no storage for waste water. I like these options and it would increase the price if I wanted them at a regular camper company. In closing I dont belive the complaint holds water. I cannot tell from the complaint what what was paid for the camper but two things i am trully sure of.....they were told that these were from Katrina and they paid less then 1/2 of the value. they should look thereself in the mirror wipe away their tears and grab a pencil and some paper and make a list of what you need at lowes make the repairs and enjoy your camper this coming summer.  One more point them I am done. Me and my wife spent more than an hour getting to know Julian. He was honest a very good business man. He explained everything and provided with all documents to register vehicle. I am sure he makes a profit....but isnt that trully the American way?
